Some of these will be uploaded to the online cloud “Bayernbox” which is a secure data exchange platform provided by the Free State of Bavaria. Your child gets access to “Bayernbox” to look at the photographs and videos and/or download them to his/her device.

Acknowledgements and Permissions

We acknowledge that English will be spoken during the International Youth Camp.*

We acknowledge that we are responsible for our child’s arrival at and departure from the camp, not the organizers from Starnberg.*

We acknowledge that the participation fee of 250 Euros covers full board and lodging in the Youth Hostel in Possenhofen, Germany as well as program costs. Participants have to pay their own travel expenses to and from the venue as well as additional free time activities.*

We acknowledge that in case of arriving days earlier and leaving later the participants and their teamers are responsible to find and pay their own accommodation. *

We acknowledge that we have to take care of required insurances, like health care or travel insurances. Our child is responsible for his/ her insurance documents and bring these with them. *

I acknowledge that English will be spoken during the International Youth Camp.*

I acknowledge that the Camp starts with Dinner on Friday July 26 at 6 pm and finishes at Friday August 2 after breakfast (10am). Please make sure your group is there for the whole program and that your travel schedule allows you to be there on time and that you leave not earlier than in the morning of August 2 so all young people can have a good farewell together.*

I acknowledge that we are responsible for our arrival at and departure from the camp not the organizers from Starnberg.*

I acknowledge that the participation fee of 250 Euros covers full board and lodging in the Youth Hostel in Possenhofen, Germany as well as program costs. The group has to take care of their own travel expenses to and from the venue and pay for additional ree time activities.*
